Satisfactory breakfast with lots of food options. Brilliant location in a great area close to a cathedral and a tower. Lots of places to visit, such as bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

Modern, family friendly, good breakfast, nice pool area
The sofa bed for my children of 13 and 8 was very small, as was the room for the 4 of them.

Very comfortable and quite new everything.
The pool water had a strange color, I don't know if by the bottom of the pool that is a different color or by the water itself.

Warning, you might fall in love!
This hotel captivated us! Really good staff, and the amazing city views from our corner room were pure delight. It was heartwarming to see special touches for my son, including a handmade city panorama. Great breakfast and a fantastic rooftop bar added to the allure. We can't wait to return!

The hotel breakfast is spectacular
in the bathroom the tub had pieces of ceramics that were about to come off and that made it look like the maintenance is a little neglected

We loved the rooftop pool with fine views and the spacious rooms. The nearby shopping mall was super convenient for quick meals and snacks. Enjoyed our evenings relaxing by the rooftop bar while watching the sunset! On top of that, the gym was well-equipped for those workout sessions.

Very warm welcome at the reception desk. Friendly lifeguard. Very nice and explanatory and helpfull goodbye at the reception desk. Metro, tram and busses are around the corner as well as a shopping mall.
We booked a room for 3 ladies. We had to ask twice to open the sofa - extra bed ( it's easy - if you know how). Also the towels for the third person were "hidden".

The family room with a city view was fine. The breakfast was out of this world, some of the best i've had in a 4-star hotel. The rooftop bar and pool provided very nice views and the staff, especially gabrielle and raul, were so friendly!
